How to set a verizon cell phone to default setting?
I have a verizon Motorola cell phone (but I don't know what model it is, sorry). All the sounds suddenly became quiet! This happened before and I took it to a store and got it fixed. The guy said he just set my settings to default (and he charged me $20). Does anyone know how to do that? (I've looked at the phone settings ---> security, but nothing relative under it). THANKS!
This may be different for your model of phone, but the V635 is reset using the following steps:
Go into 'Settings'>Initial Setup>Master Reset>Default Code is 000000 (6 0's)>Reset All Phone Settings>Yes/No
Same for Master Clear!
