How can I disable the PTT button on my Sony Cell phone?
Retrieve your trusty grinder.
Attach your fav accessory bit and grate down the obnoxious button into oblivion.. (at least to below the level of the phone base) This will prevent 'accidental button pressing incidents', 'prompting for PTT initializations' and 'creative overcharging techniques' applied and incurred by the vendor.
For most consumers.......... the button is an undesirable - - - bell -
